Modified PP plastic for dropper tips

1. Product Overview
Made of high-purity PP resin blended with oil-resistant, anti-ozone and toughening additives. It fixes common defects of regular PP like oil swelling, outdoor brittleness and poor rebound. Clean pellets with no precipitation or strange odor, meeting cosmetic & food contact safety standards for cosmetic packaging, home appliances and seals.
2. Key Properties
Oil resistance & ultra-low swelling
Swelling rate below 0.5% in oil and alcohol. Dropper tips stay leak-free after repeated pressing without deforming or reacting with skincare formulas.
Weather & ozone resistance
UV stabilizers prevent yellowing and chalking under sunlight and ozone, keeping consistent elasticity for long-term use.
Excellent compression & bending rebound
Balanced rigidity and toughness, no cracking after thousands of squeezes. Thin-wall molded parts avoid shrinkage and breakage.
Extra merits
Non-toxic with no plasticizer bleeding; density 0.90~0.91g/cm³, good flow for fast injection molding without pre-drying; low shrinkage for stable dimensions; fully recyclable.

4. Processing Guide
